Explore the Hangzhou AI Urban Lounge, with smart-home demonstrations, AI at work, healthcare technology, creative learning and sports interactions, plus displays of unmanned boats and drones.

Optional paid activities, including robot-dispensed blind boxes and custom 3D figurines, are not included in the tour price.

Cross West Lake to Three Pools Mirroring the Moon

Board at Hangzhou Hotel Pier and take the boat to Three Pools Mirroring the Moon. Explore the island with your guide, then return to the eastern shore at Hubin Pier. The boat trip and island admission are included in your tour price.

Finish beside West Lake at in77

From Hubin Pier, continue to in77, where your guided day ends at 16:00. Stay for lakeside views, shopping, cafés or dinner at your own pace.

Your day runs from 09:00 to 16:00, including the two-hour Wensan visit, lunch break, boat and island visit, transfers and rest stops. Exact timings depend on venue arrangements, traffic and boat operations.

Your place is reserved after the required payment is verified. Departure is confirmed separately. Once a departure is confirmed, we honour it even if the group size later changes.

Before you join us

CAN I BOOK JUST ONE PLACE

Yes. This is a shared group tour, and solo guests, couples, families and friends are welcome. The standard minimum is 10 fully paid guests across the whole departure, with a maximum of 15 guests. The operator may approve a smaller group; your separate departure confirmation determines whether the tour runs.

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME

Yes, children aged 6 and above are welcome with an adult. Children pay the same price and count towards the group size. The day includes walking on island paths, boat boarding and steps; please discuss mobility needs with us before paying.

IS LUNCH INCLUDED

Lunch is at your own expense, with 80 minutes near Impression West Lake Square. Your guide can suggest nearby options. Please share any dietary requirements in advance.

WHEN WILL I KNOW THE TOUR IS GOING AHEAD

The departure decision is made by 18:00 China time, 15 calendar days before your tour date. If we cannot run the tour, we refund all tour fees received. A confirmed departure will still run if later cancellations reduce the number of guests.

HOW DO I PAY AND RECEIVE CONFIRMATION

  • Talk to us via WhatsApp or email. Our team verifies payment and reserves your places. Departure is confirmed separately.
CAN I CANCEL, CHANGE THE DATE OR TRANSFER MY PLACE
  • Before departure confirmation: full refund, or free date change subject to availability.
  • After confirmation: guest cancellations are non-refundable; no free date changes. This includes bookings made after confirmation.
  • Guest replacements: free if requested by 18:00 China time, 3 calendar days before departure.
WHAT IF THE OFFICIAL ENGLISH DOCENT OR EXHIBITION CANNOT BE PROVIDED

If the core Wensan experience or the venue’s official English-speaking exhibition docent cannot be provided before departure, you may accept an agreed alternative, change date or receive a full refund of tour fees received. For disruptions after the tour begins, we prioritise safety and agree appropriate arrangements under the booking conditions.

WHAT HAPPENS IN HEAVY RAIN

The tour normally runs in light rain. If heavy rain, suspended boat services or other conditions prevent the included lake and island visit or transport from operating safely and normally, we contact you about an agreed alternative, a free date change or a full refund if the tour is cancelled. Advance weather decisions are communicated by 18:00 the day before; sudden changes are communicated as soon as possible.
